• Email and Slack Access: In addition to coaching calls, your executive assistants will have unlimited email and Slack access to our coaches. This ensures that they can seek immediate assistance and receive prompt responses to urgent queries.

• Expectation Call with Rainmakers: To align the coaching program with your organization's objectives, we will conduct an expectation call with the key stakeholders, ensuring that our coaching aligns with your specific needs and goals.

• Weekly Updates to Rainmakers: I believe in transparent communication and accountability. Hence, Rainmakers will provide weekly updates on the progress and achievements of your executive assistants to the designated stakeholders.

• Enforcement and Execution of 30-60-90: Our coaching program will focus on enforcing and executing the 30-60-90 day plans effectively, enabling your executive assistants to make significant contributions to the organization from day one.

• Reset of 30-60-90: If required, we will provide guidance and support to reset the 30-60-90 day plans to adapt to changing circumstances or business requirements.

• Expectations Review: Periodic reviews of expectations will be conducted to ensure that the coaching aligns with the evolving needs of your executive team and organization.

• End of Day Accountability: We emphasize the importance of accountability in driving productivity. Your executive assistants will be encouraged to maintain end-of-day accountability reports, fostering a culture of responsibility and accomplishment.
