Transaction management is the process of managing the various tasks associated with the purchase and sale of property. This includes everything from setting up escrow/title and coordinating inspections to ensuring that all documents are properly completed and fi led. Transaction management is important to ensure that the transaction is completed quickly, effi ciently, and legally.
What is transaction management?
How will the transaction process begin?
You will be provided with a link to an input form that will allow you to enter all the important information regarding your transaction. When we receive this form we will begin the process that we have set up with you.
How do I sign up?
Just complete the interest form and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule an Intake appointment with you. There will be a setup fee of $75. During intake we will gather all of your contract documents, login info, and email templates if applicable to prepare for your fi rst transaction.
What if the transaction does not close?
If you dont get paid we dont get paid. We do not charge a fee if the deal falls apart. Things happen and we understand!
How will payment work?
For your listings we will invoice you upon setup, you can pay by cash or credit card. For your pending transactions we can either collect from your market center MCA, or invoice and send in to be added to your settlement statement to be deducted from your commission at closing.
