The Vizion (VZN) Real Estate Platform started in 2020, known then as The Bluegrass Referral Network (BRN). Kelly sought out to create an expansion team that offered high quality/caliber leverage to MEGA real estate agents so they could focus on elevating their business/team to the next level.

Kelly Anne Harris is a real estate leader, entrepreneur, sports momma, investor and trail blazer who’s on a mission to provide massive opportunities for her partners. She began her real estate career in the town she was born and raised in Owensboro, KY.

In 12 years in real estate, she’s been able to scale and expand companies in the Ohio/Kentucky Region. She’s the founder of Bluegrass Referral Network, the Operating Principle of Keller Williams Synergy, a network of brokerages located throughout Western Kentucky, Columbus and Southern Ohio along with a title company, property management company and a rental portfolio of 8 figures and growing.

Kelly has been recognized in the real estate industry for her numerous accomplishments like #1 Expansion Team by Volume & Units throughout the Ohio Valley Region in 2021, Operating Principle of the Year in 2021, #1 Keller Williams Young Professional in Ohio Valley Region, multi years, and her organizations soar in every territory she enters with her amazing teams.

I joined vision in October of 2020 because I saw a need, not only my own my real estate business, but the business of the team that was putting their faith in me to provide opportunities for them to grow and better their lives. I was at a crossroads as I was being stunted by lack of systems and processes needed to continue to grow, and I knew my team mates would soon follow as you can only do so much in a day by yourself.
Since joining vision we’ve seen a 50% increase in production team wide, the team has grown from three agents one admin to as high as recently 10 agents and one admin. This year our goal is to more than double what we did in our first year with Vision.
More the best things I like about vision network is they concentrate a lot on personal growth and development. This is an area in life that not only changes your personal business, but can change the lives of those that you interact with on a daily basis, such as your family and friends!
